Insurance
If you prefer using your insurance I am currently and in network provider for Blue Shield of California and out of network provider for all other insurance plans.

I will provide you with a billing summary to summit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please ask your health insurance provider about the coverage they offer out of network, each company can be different.

Payment
Only cash and checks are accepted for payment

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and you
have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you are
responsible for the full cost of the session.
